How does the reception take place?
One of our managers, whose reference is sent 7 days before arrival, is present at check-in to welcome you and provide all the necessary information for your stay.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in: 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Check-out: by 10:00 am
It is possible to check in between 19:00 and 24:00 for an extra payment, in agreement with our local manager.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
How does the tourist tax work?
If required by the municipality where you will be staying, the city tax must be paid in cash upon check-in. The rates are set by the municipality itself.
What documents are needed for check-in?
We have a legal obligation to report the presence of guests to the Police Headquarters. At check-in we need the details of all guests for registration.
Can I book from the website?
Of course. You can use the automatic reservation service or request a customized offer. In both cases we ask for a 30% deposit to lock the apartment, with balance one week before your arrival.
What are the cancellation policies?
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the rate you choose. Please refer to the rate details when booking or contact us for more information.
Is there parking available?
Most of our properties have private parking available, you can check it in the list of amenities of each individual house.
Are pets allowed?
Only some properties accept pets; you can check this in the individual house’s service list. There may be an additional charge.
Is there Wi-Fi connection?
, we offer free Wi-Fi in all our properties.
Are the properties suitable for children?
Yes, they are. Upon request we provide a crib at no additional cost.
Do you offer cleaning services during the stay?
Final cleaning is included in the price. For longer stays, additional housekeeping can be requested for a fee.
Is the pool private or shared?
Most of the houses have a shared swimming pool within the residence exclusively available to guests. Some provide beach chairs and umbrellas, we ask you to check this on the detail page.
Is it possible to request a late check-out?
Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Please contact us in advance to check the possibility.
Are you a homeowner in the area and want to entrust it to us?
If you have a house and would like to put it to income by renting it out as a vacation home, even if only for certain periods, please contact us. It will be a pleasure to be able to evaluate it and reason about it together.
