Surrounded by greenery and able to allow the eye to reach the mountains of the Valle Sabbia, the 65-square-meter three-room cottage apartment arranged on two floors stands out for the amount of light that radiates from every room: both the living room and the bedrooms enjoy spectacular full-wall windows overlooking the lake.

The coexistence of kitchen, table and relaxation area with sofa with peninsula and flat-screen TV in the same room broadens the perception of interior space. The decor is distinctive, with the wood of the stairs and exposed beams providing a backdrop for the blue of the sofa, rug and chairs and the red of the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, induction hobs, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, oven, mocha and kettle.
