The name chosen for this vacation home in Riva di Solto, on Lake Iseo, already says a lot: Discesa a Lago, which in Italian means “descent to the lake” Because from this comfortable and well-equipped three-room apartment traveling to the lake is a short walk. For that matter, the town center is also within reach: just continue along the lovely lakeside promenade to get to the village, which retains many reminders of its medieval period (as well as some not-to-be-missed restaurants). The lazy ones, however, may also decide to laze around in the garden, dozing in the shade, perhaps after a lunch eaten on the terrace of the house. Therefore, this vacation home, with its two beautiful double bedrooms and large living room with kitchen, is a perfect residence and base for the “lake” vacation of a family or two couples of friends who wish, in addition to relaxation and all the amenities, to really experience the lake face to face.

The three-room Discesa a lago apartment measures 70 square meters and has central heating. The spacious living room features striking LED lighting and wooden parquet flooring. On one side is the ultramodern kitchen with gas stove, microwave and electric oven, American coffee maker with kettle, three-seater linear sofa and ultra flat TV. Wi-Fi is included from April to September. The property includes two equipped bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The second bedroom overlooks the ancient internal courtyard, while the master bedroom faces the lake frontally, connected to the living room by the equipped terrace.
The internal courtyard houses a garage for motorbikes and bicycles and the old cellar of the past, the garden in season is surrounded by different species of colorful flowers; a large tree is the safest place to take shelter under to enjoy maximum relaxation overlooking the lake.
