The living area that welcomes guests at the entrance is a particularly sophisticated, bright and welcoming space: distributed in a single room over the entire floor, it is embellished with design elements and modern paintings, in a very refined setting dominated by creamy white and hazelnut colors.

The living room area, gathered around a modern wood stove, offers a sofa and leather armchair. The same material as the dining table chairs, topped by a contemporary chandelier design. The island kitchen is enriched by induction hobs, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave and dishwasher; the washing machine, on the other hand, is located in the service bathroom, located near the sinuous staircase leading to the ground floor. This is where the sleeping area is located, with a wide corridor leading to the two bedrooms, both of which have French doors providing access to the panoramic garden. Meticulously appointed, with the walnut of the parquet flooring and the dark brown of the curtains prevailing, one offers a double bed, the other two single beds, which can in turn be joined to form a second a double. An additional fifth bed can be requested to complete the reception. Also on this floor is the master bathroom, equipped with wall-hung fixtures and a large walk-in shower arranged along one wall.
